Today, we have the first of our three performances in Riga, Latvia, as part of the World Choir Games. Tonight we have a solo performance in Arena Riga which sees us performing repertoire ranging from Renaissance madrigals through to songs by the Beatles and tracks from the Great American Songbook.On Wednesday, we join our friends Latvian Voices and Xylem Trio for a performance at the Latvian National Opera House, where we will be performing the world premiere of some new folksong arrangements by composer Eriks Esenvalds. As well as this, we will perform some of our own folksong arrangements including “Lass of Richmond Hill” and “Little David Play On Your Harp”.
