Toronto, Canada

Greetings from snowy Toronto! Today has been one of our relatively few free days (or 'non-singing days' as Tim prefers to call them!) so we've all been making the most of the chance to catch up with friends, respond to emails, get ahead with plans for 2017 and spend some time being silent for a change! We're staying in the lovely Park Hyatt hotel here, and so several of us have made use of its gym and spa facilities, and its wonderful rooftop restaurant/bar.Last night we performed to a sold out Koerner Hall, and enjoyed meeting many lovely fans afterwards. It is a truly beautiful hall with fantastic acoustics, so the concert was a joy to perform; at this point in a long tour with the same programme, the variety of the halls is a crucial changing factor to keep us on our toes, adjusting to our surroundings.Toronto is also the home of our North America agent, Stephanie. She brought lots of family along last night, and we had the pleasure of dining with them afterwards, in honour of her Nana's 90th birthday! Safe to say she got a rendition of happy birthday, KS-style. On to Quebec City tomorrow..!
