Yesterday I may have just eaten the most delicious American meal...ever. The Nachos were so tasty – Johnny can vouch for this – and the bison burger was supreme – Johnny AND Tim can vouch for this. If you're ever in Provo, and you fancy nachos and/or a bison burger, I urge you to visit Black Sheep Cafe.Last night's show at BYU Provo was a huge success. In the afternoon we had worked with two of the choirs from the university, the Concert Singers and the BYU Singers. Both choirs were well-prepared and made a lovely sound, something we are used to when coming here. They were eager to try our suggestions and the culmination of our work together was evidenced in the evening performance in front of a sell-out crowd.It was really nice for Julian to be performing his first return gig, something I've experienced and mentioned in my blogs over the past year or more. It's a special feeling because you are immediately at ease with the familiarity of the surroundings and the staff.Tonight is the same show in the same venue but, I imagine, with an entirely new audience. I hope they enjoy it as much as last night's!Off to Sundance today for lunch, which should be fantastic. Wonder if their burgers are any good?Bye for now!
