We've just finished our second full day of the tour, and our second concert thereto - today's having been in the lovely city of Omaha in Nebraska, with all its festive lights and cheer. It's a brand new concert programme for me so I was anxious to make sure, for example, that my Catalan was up to scratch before we performed four traditional carols from Spain, but fortunately everything seemed to fall smoothly into place come the show. It was a delight as ever to meet everyone in the audience afterwards, especially whilst filled with the post-concert buzz, and we also had a brief meeting and photo shoot with the sponsors for the evening. Some really lovely and generous people reside here in Omaha!Off to bed now before a more relaxed "travel day" tomorrow, consisting of flights to Rexburg, Idaho, via Denver. Looking forward to getting to the next hotel and hitting the gym - need to burn off some of these american calories!
