After a busy first eight days of term, it's nice to have a couple of days free, before our next concerts, which are in the UK this weekend. It has been a very exciting start to the season, partly because we're all feeling rather refreshed after a long summer break, partly due to the new line-up (and for me it's actually quite nice not being the newbie or the youngest anymore -- somehow makes the job feel easier than before!) and partly due to the excitement of the 50th Anniversary preparations and recordings which are imminent! What a time to be in the group.
