Great to have a week at home following a busy North America tour! Recovering from jet-lag took a good few days this time, elongated by the exhaustion from tour; but feeling fully revived now.I'm getting stuck into some singing practice this week (and next) which is really important for me, my vocal health and my continued development and improvement as a singer. Much like exercising from time to time, I have my own vocal exercises (mainly Italian vowels) which keep my voice feeling tip-top, and I see my singing teacher, Ben Johnson, as much I can for lessons (or "vocal MOTs", as he calls them!). Also getting in some games of squash with friends to keep up my fitness -- again, important to counter all the sitting around in airplanes/taxis/buses/airport lounges we do when we're on tour.Looking forward to seeing the guys on Monday evening and singing some Palestrina (from our new album) live on Radio 3's "In Tune" programme. Do tune in! Here's the link: http://bbc.in/1np4oYP
