Nice to be back home for a few days now, enjoying the longest days of the year on home soil and the summery weather which is kindly gracing London! I'm spending most of today learning new music for our "Alice in Wonderland"-themed concert coming up in Cheltenham at the beginning of next month. Some lovely music, lots of which features on the King's Singers' "Chanson D'Amour" disc... A real pleasure to dip into this area of the KS repertoire for my first time!Anyway, better crack on with this music-learning: need to make sure I'm on top of it for tomorrow's rehearsal and so I can hopefully impress my colleagues by being spotless!
