Dear all, I am alive and I apologise for being a bit rubbish with my blogs. In fact, rubbish might be an understatement! Today we had a rehearsal at Christ's Hospital ahead of our show in Cheltenham on July 2. The programme is a new one for the group, including some lesser known pieces. I note that there's perhaps one piece that no one in the group has sung before! It's all been happening here over the past month. Summer touring is really wonderful. The weather has been kind to us and we have performed a nice range of programmes to a real mixture of audiences. Now that I'm well into my fourth year in the group I'm starting to go to more and more places for the second or third time. One recent example is Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It's a stunning part of Germany and I remember it so well when we came here three years ago. The most exciting thing coming up is our Summer School. The office have been working overtime to make the whole event run smoothly and I know the participants are eagerly awaiting day one! I hope everyone is well and look forward to catching up with you after a concert sometime.See you soon!
