After more than 25 years singing with The King’s Singers, I’ve decided the time has come to move over and allow someone else the fantastic opportunity to be the group’s 1st Countertenor.I will be leaving in August 2016, so have many more concerts to sing between now and then. It is such a privilege to be a part of The KS. I’d like to thank Simon, Alastair, Bob, Bruce and Stephen for appointing me, and would also like to thank them, along with Phil, Nigel, Gabs, Paul, Robin, Chris, Tim, Johnny, Chris and Julian, for being amazing colleagues. Thanks also to our wonderful management team over the years.I have some ideas about what I’d like to do next, but I suspect it will be tricky to find something that will live up to this job.
