It’s not often we can say we are visiting a city, let alone a country for the first time, but this evening sees us fly to the Philippines. We are incredibly excited to be staying in the countries capital, Manila where we will perform this Saturday 9 May in the Cultural Centre of the Philippines. We are being hosted by the Philippine Madrigal Singers and shall enjoy workshop time with them, as well as performing alongside for a couple of joint numbers. We shall also have our first experience of performing a local Philippine folk song….perhaps one for our next Postcards album?!We are really looking forward to meeting new friends in Manila.
